Do you know surf ratings? Come and see what level are you?
For many beginner surfers, a good instructor can help you learn to surf faster and experience the fun of it.
Generally speaking, as long as the teaching is proper, I can stand up from the board in 1-2 hours, and I can get started in 2-3 days. After getting started, what level can I learn?❓
Next, I will tell you about the division of learning levels in our school~
In 2003, ASI developed a framework for learning surfing skills, covering 10 levels of advanced skills, namely:
Lv1 theoretical learning: understand the surfing sea environment, know the surfboard, learn the knowledge of surfing rescue, and can swim 50 meters independently.
Lv2 Surfing Beginner: Use the practice board to catch a half-meter-high white flower wave independently.
Lv3 Beginner Surfing: Using the practice board, independently grab a half-meter-high green wave or white flower wave to complete the slant run, and surf the full wave.
Lv4 Intermediate Surfer: Use a hardboard to make forward and backward bottom and top turns on the lip part of a one-meter-high wave, and finish the wave.
Lv5 Intermediate Surfer: Use a hard board to make forward and backward bottom and top turns on the lip part of a one-meter-high wave, and throw out the spray.
Lv6 Internship Instructor: Use a hard board to smoothly make forward and backward bottom and top turns on a one-meter-high wave, and then surf the full wave after switching back.
Lv7 Surf Instructor: Use a hard board to make forward and backward bottom, top turns, and back cuts on a two-meter-high wave.
